SOMETHING DIFFERENT!
Well, if a picture is worth a thousand words, how about a movie? This is an experiment. I've had my handycam since Christmas but have not really used it much--figured I wouldn't until we started our Delaware sojourns. Now that I see what can be done, I'll be posting more from time to time. This was taken at the end of our first boat ride last Friday.
I wish blogger allowed for maximizing the screen view, but this is what we're stuck with for now. I mention a "fireplace" which you can barely see--it's a little cast-iron chiminea we have out front. Mainly, it shows what the trailer/house looks like, and all the rainbows we've festooned everything with. If there's any "family" within miles of the place, they'll know we're there! That's Steve with his back to the camera at the end, working in the boat.
Enjoy!

Steve had short sleeves on but it seemed cold to me. Brrr.
Nope, that day it hit the 70s, Cuidado. Got too cold after that to take the boat out, though.
Wow, pictures that moves! We can't stop technology... And we get to hear your voice!
I really like the place. You've got trees that are already there too.
I wish you that all this dream will come true and lots of rainbows...
What a cute place - and a beautiful view, right on the water! I am sure you enjoy sitting around evening fires in the fireplace. Sitting by a nighttime fire is one of my favorite things to do. So relaxing. The wind certainly was blowing! But it did look like nice weather. We had snow blowing in the air today! Yikes, I have spring fever . . . bad!
C'mon down, Nan!
Right, this is a great pic but what you can't capture, is the ultimate charm of your place - even with the looming "Red Roof Inn" to the left!
When we are with you and Steve, sitting on lawn chairs, as dusk approaches, with the fireplace crackling and engaged in one of our wonderful chats...well, it's just a little piece of Delaware HEAVEN!!
